  7. Been doing this now for a couple of months and its really helpfull… Also showed this to the keepers i train! Keep it up!

  8. Excellent tutorial mate – the hip flexor stretch where you are kneeling down on one knee – try tensing the glute and feel the difference on the stretch ie right knee down, push forward at the hips and tense right glute etc.
    How long do you hold each stretch on for? – I was always told 30 secs for maintenance and 45 secs to get real improvement? You can't do enough of this – great for injury prevention and increases in performance levels.
