  1. Hello coach.. Please help me with some arm and hand warm-up routine. I feel pain in the shoulder muscle when spiking, which I don't feel normally. (The pain comes from one point in the shoulder)

  2. I just did some standing glute stretches and both of my legs cracked in 3 different places on each leg. Once in my butt, then somewhere along my thigh and then, weirdly enough, in my ankles lol, this happened with both legs. I'm super tight on my whole body, I really need to start stretching regularly lol

    I can spike volleyball in trial spikes
    But I couldn't spike properly in the game
    Please add a video on
    Player position change before spike ,to spike and after the spike
